Gordon Mueller Ministries International (GMMI), is the host of the International Believers’ Victory Conference, formerly the Southern California Victory Conference, held annually in the Los Angeles area. Brother Mueller by the direction of the Holy Spirit held the first Victory Conference in February of 2008.
